Yes, it’s a half umbrella that has a crank handle to open and close it easily. What’s cuter than a half umbrella you ask… a half umbrella base! This goes so well with my patio furniture since I have lounge chairs and a coffee table vs a table and chairs with the traditional hole in the table for the umbrella.
